Over the past few months, we have gradually resumed lower-risk University related travel.Recognizing that travel is critical for academic and professional pursuits, we are committed to facilitating travel under safe conditions.
Since the pandemic began.our travel guidance has sought to protect
individual travelers.the Colorado City University communityand the communities to which we travel. Our on-campus community’s high vaccination rate(96% students and 97% employees as of today,combined with increasing global vaccination rates and mitigation measures-such as maskingtestingand government- mandated quarantines and proof of vaccination-significantly reduce the risk of infection.Travel still poses risks,however, and individuals should carefully
consider their destination's risks and take appropriate precautions.
The following applies to official (non-personal)travel for University business and academics.
COVID-19 University Travel Guidance
Effective today,we are updating our COVID-19 travel guidance
If you are fully vaccinated, you may travel within the United States and
internationally without a petition.You must attest you are fully
vaccinated and complete the COVID-19 travel requirements before during,and after travel.Additionallyundergraduate and graduate
students must adhere to the student trave policies and pre-departure requirements for international travel.
·If you are not fully vaccinated, you must continue to petition for
approval to travel within the United States or internationally.

Effective today, you must register all Colorado City University-related international travel with International sos,the University’s emergency response provider.For years, students have registered their international trips as a condition of receiving credit or funding.
